U.S. 10K Classic

Daddy hugging Roxy at the finish line!

Roxy with her medal. They were both so proud!

My little Roxanne ran in the U.S. 10K classic this past Saturday (Labor day weekend). She ran .5K in the kids race and took 14th place recieving a medal for her accomplishment. Medals were only awarded to the first 15 finishers. Roxanne gave it all she had and made it to the finish line. I was so proud of her for putting all of her heart into the race. She is taking after her daddy...he ran in the adult U.S 10K classic and is looking forward to his marathon race on Thanksgiving Day.
